We have three non-negotiable values as a club; Determination, Effort and Respect. Determination to learn and improve, never giving up whatever the situation. Give your maximum Effort put the team first and not be beaten through a lack of Effort. Respect the official, opponent and self.

Our teams will be direct on the counter and effective in possession with proactively positioned players. Looking to penetrate through lines to create and score goals. We believe in winning the ball back as a collective through high pressure and defending the goal as a team.

Our players will develop the club values and characteristics, along side technical skills and effective communication so that they can execute the game model.
